Pay rate: $60 -$62/hr  Title: Senior Project Manager Duration: 1 year; with possible extensions Location: Remote Must haves: Workfront experience, resume/email manament projects Description: Looking for a Senior Project Manar to help with the Retail Line of Business within Goldmind. This person will be responsible for managing projects for various retail clients. Essential Responsibilities:- Provides project manament thought-leadership, oversight and support on all project deliverables- Leads with a solution-focused approach to encoura and justify best practice, and ensure process and project controls are followed unless there is adequate justification for an exception- Leads and manas lar integrated projects throughout all stas of digital creative deliverable execution, from conception to delivery- Facilitates digital creative requirements gathering to ensure stakeholder needs are clearly understood, in line with defined processes- Participates in capacity planning across creative teams to provide a clear view of utilization and bandwidth- Establishes a strategy of continuous risk manament that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout a project’s execution- Encouras positive thinking and considers key partner and business needs in decision making- Builds and encouras strong relationships with team members and key partners- Partners with Account Directors and Account Manars to mana regular portfolio business reviews with key stakeholders- Collaborates on preparation of digital creative marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for partners- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Qualifications/Requirements:- Bachelor degree. In lieu of degree, HS Diploma/D and 6 years of experience leading digital creative projects in an ancy environment- 4+ years of project manament experience- Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional team members with high integrity and ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team toward a common goal- Experience leading digital creative projects and managing resources for an advertising ancy (either external or in-house ancies) Desired Characteristics:- Understanding of the digital creative process and how to balance with project manament and workflow- Experience navigating lar and complex organizations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills- 3+ years experience using Project Manament Software (Workfront preferred)
