Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is searching for a Marketing Officer to join our Marketing team. Do you think beyond creative and focus on strategy, execution, and performance? If so, this role may be for you!

As a Marketing Officer, you will report to the Marketing Director - Lending and be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., direct mail, digital, email, social media, paid media, print, etc.) to drive membership growth and increase product and service adoption.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that support strategic goals for lending products and membership growth.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Consumer Lending, Payments, Mortgage, and Business Solutions) to align marketing strategies with organizational priorities.

  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, from audience segmentation and positioning to launch, measurement, and optimization.

  • Analyze campaign results, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights and reporting to improve future marketing efforts.

  • Own campaign performance metrics, including response rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and continuously optimize based on results.

  • Conduct market research and collaborate with the Marketing Analysis team to evaluate trends, competitive positioning, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Develop and optimize marketing messaging and content designed to drive engagement, conversions, and measurable campaign performance.

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute campaigns efficiently, including vendors and channel partners.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders throughout campaign development and execution.

  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of all marketing materials through thorough review processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign development, execution, and performance analysis

  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategy

  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations

  • Strong marketing content writing skills, with the ability to develop effective messaging across a variety of channels and audiences

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Valid Drivers License

Preferred:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Experience with marketing analytics, CRM, or campaign platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation tools)

Bilingual in Spanish and English?Candidates can earn an additional $2.00 differential upon the successful completion of the RBFCU Bilingual Spanish/English certification.
