Role: Marketing - Marketing Operations Location: Beaverton, OR Onsite at PHK (Traditional hybrid model with Fridays WFH) Duration: 6 Months Contract Organization: Global Women's Marketing Planning Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum required years of experience: 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations Education requirements: Bachelor's degree is required Must have skills: 1. Strong understanding of seasonal marketing workflows. 2. Proven ability to manage operating models and tools. 3. Proficiency with planning and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, Tableau or similar). Soft skills: Highly organized, systems oriented thinker with strong project and stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, and adaptable. Previous client experience is not required. Local candidates only.
