YOUR SCHEDULE

This management role follows a full‑time Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.

YOUR DAY AS OUR MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER

As the Marketing Operations Manager, your day revolves around transforming strategy into execution. You take the marketing plan from the VP/Visionary, break it into actionable tasks, delegate effectively, and ensure every item moves across the finish line. You'll oversee relationships with external SEO, PPC, and Website partners, ensuring performance aligns with ROI goals. As you monitor dashboards, track trends, and produce monthly ROI reports, you become the source of truth in our marketing operations - the one who ensures the company stays aligned, efficient, and on track for growth. Your leadership drives the entire department forward.
