Marketing Producer

Immediate need for a talented Marketing Producer. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mountain View, CA (Onsite). Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Producer to manage marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital content production in a fast-paced environment. 
• The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Campaign & Launch Coordination: Coordinate product launches, feature updates, and marketing campaigns while collaborating with engineering, legal, product, and other cross-functional teams.
• Project & Timeline Management: Track multiple projects simultaneously, manage deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met.
• High-Volume Execution: Manage multiple product updates and campaign launches each week, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Content Production: Oversee the end-to-end production of marketing content, including blog posts, video demonstrations, social media posts, and website updates.
• Digital & Social Media: Coordinate content publishing across platforms such as X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Vendor Management: Work with external vendors, freelance editors, and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Process Improvement: Develop workflows, documentation, playbooks, and operational processes to improve team efficiency and campaign execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate project updates, manage changing priorities, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the production process.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience in marketing production, product marketing, digital production, video production, or marketing project management.
• Strong organizational, project management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to track complex project requirements.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to solving problems and managing changing requirements.
• Ability to learn new tools, processes, and products quickly.
• Experience working in a startup, digital media company, creative agency, or other fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing high-volume content production and multiple campaign launches.
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational processes from the ground up.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other content creation and editing tools.
• Experience coordinating external vendors, freelance editors, and creative teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating project execution, content production, or workflow management is a plus.
