3. Summary of the opportunity
- Client Overview: We are hiring for Xbox, a well-known and respected brand in the gaming industry.
- Role Summary: As the 1PP Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will partner with our biggest publisher marketing partners to build marketing strategies and successfully deliver hit games.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create global marketing plans for Xbox Game Studios titles and franchises.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and lifecycle marketing plans for Xbox Game Studios games on Console, PC, and Game Pass.
- Manage key beats and supporting assets for go-to-market activities.
- Collaborate with game publishers and internal teams to ensure successful marketing execution.
- Provide guidance on sales forecasting, budgets, SKU strategy, launch timing, and lifecycle planning.
- Drive scheduling, agenda, meeting notes, and action items for recurring meetings with partner teams.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of video games marketing experience, ideally with console and PC.
- Experience creating and delivering world-class marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent creative and strategic thinking.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with game development studios or software engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft business and marketing mechanisms.
