Job Description

Copart, Inc. a technology leader and the premier online vehicle auction platform globally, with over 200 facilities located across the world, Copart links vehicle sellers to more than 750,000 buyers in over 190 countries. We believe in providing an unmatched experience, every day and everywhere, driven by our people, processes, and technology.

The Marketing Program Manager, Brokers and Alliance Gateways is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of Copart's third-party Broker ecosystem. This role serves as the primary governance lead for a high-volume, global pipeline of program participants. The successful candidate will balance rigorous compliance standards with program development initiatives, while communicating regularly with Brokers, Broker applicants, and internal Copart teams to mature the Broker and Alliance Gateway program.

Copart's Brokers provide vehicle purchasing and logistics solutions for end consumers through Copart's auction environment. Prospective buyers will connect with a Copart registered Broker and the Broker will bid on and buy Copart vehicles on their behalf. Alliance Gateways are Copart-branded physical storefronts operated in international regions by select Brokers to allow the Broker to further connect with prospective buyers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Broker Applicant Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end vetting and onboarding process for hundreds of domestic and international broker applicants, ensuring all participants meet rigorous platform standards.

  • Process Operations: Create centralized intake, tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and reduce manual effort; establish standardized templates, naming conventions; introduce automation where appropriate (e.g., forms, workflows, simple integrations) to reduce operational friction.

  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Maintain diligent oversight of participant data and account histories, while understanding and identifying any business or compliance risks. This includes maintaining meticulous records and audit trails to provide leadership with clear visibility into program health and regulatory alignment.

  • High-Stakes Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the program, utilizing discretion and precise, legally-sensitive language to communicate policy requirements and compliance boundaries, while also serving as an advocate for the current or prospective Broker.

  • Cross-Functional Program Evolution: Act as the central liaison between Legal, Finance, Tech, and Yard Operations to drive infrastructure improvements, such as refining billing workflows, updating digital interfaces, and modernizing yard-access policies.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Navigate and organize complex Broker account data and analyze trends in data around the Broker program to provide actionable insights for program growth and scaling.

  • Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Align internal departments to ensure a cohesive experience for Brokers and their customers, translating broad program goals into executed policy and operational updates.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in program management, compliance, or a high-stakes operational or marketing role.

  • Advanced proficiency in professional writing and verbal advocacy. Must demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive negotiations and compliance-driven dialogue with extreme care.

  • Proven ability to navigate complex data sets and translate fragmented information into organized, actionable operational structures.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • A proactive mindset with the capacity to manage a maturing program and adapt to evolving business needs in a global marketplace.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Forms, OneDrive) or Google Workspace for building organized, centralized workflows

Preferred qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required.

  • Experience in automotive, marketplace, B2B, or auction-based industries.
