  • Build, test, and manage email streams, smart lists, lead nurturing flows, and A/B tests across multiple brands.
  • Develop segmentation, targeting logic, and personalization strategies that drive campaign performance.
  • Organize promotional campaigns and coordinate day-of deliveries, assets, and quality control.
  • Analyze campaign results and report weekly insights and optimizations to executive leadership.

Project & Operations Leadership

  • Drive project prioritization, process improvement, team onboarding, and cross-team coordination for mega sales.
  • Manage all marketing migration activities: client onboarding, off-boarding, customizations, and new brand/product launches.
  • Oversee post-mortem and hindsight reporting for large-scale campaigns.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Create and distribute training guides, offer details, and campaign instructions for Sales teams.
  • Liaise with Sales, Product, and Development on campaign rollouts, call volumes, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and undergo regular review.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience managing team members.
  • Expert knowledge of marketing automation and email platforms; Marketo experience strongly preferred.
  • Project Management certification a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive both tactical execution and strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional project management skills - timelines, budgets, production chains, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independe1ntly, deadline-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

You'll Thrive Here If…

  • You get excited, not overwhelmed, when the scope is big and the stakes are high.
  • You love bringing structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving environments.
  • You're the person your team calls when a project needs to actually get done.
  • You're passionate about marketing that's data-driven, organized, and built to scale.
