We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to on the leaderships vision and keep marketing initiatives moving. This is an operator role, not a strategy role. You will manage projects, timelines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure work gets done on time and without friction.
What You'll Do
Project & Workflow Management:- Manage day-to-day marketing projects from kickoff to completion- Build and maintain timelines, task lists, and workflows (Asana or similar)- Keep projects on track and hold stakeholders accountable- Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution quickly
Execution Support:- Execute campaigns across email, social, website, and internal initiatives- Coordinate deliverables from designers, vendors, and internal teams- Ensure projects align with leadership direction and brand standards- Support website updates, campaigns, and content rollout
Operations & Coordination:- Manage calendars, priorities, and cross-functional communication- Work with brokerage, property management, and lending teams- Track progress and provide simple status updates- Maintain organization across marketing systems and tools
