Marketing Representative

Payrate: $24.32 - $25.50/hr.Summary:This position involves auditing state customer purchase orders for compliance with state and co-op contracts, processing sales through company systems, and providing support to dealer channels and field teams. Candidates must possess a strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems.Responsibilities:

• Audit state customer purchase orders for compliance with contracts and policies.
• Process sales to ensure accurate dealer settlements, credits, and customer invoicing.
• Provide support and assistance for problem resolution and policy interpretation.
• Prepare audit packets and respond to assigned tickets.
• Follow up on pending deals and ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Background in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to move effortlessly between multiple systems.
• Professionalism in interactions with internal and external customers.

• Ability to think outside the box and adapt to new challenges.
• Trainable and willing to learn new processes and systems.
• Effective communication skills for conducting interviews through Teams.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.32 - $25.50/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
