Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls with warm leads provided to you to verify client information and connect them with our licensed sales team.

Qualify leads by asking questions to determine interest, eligibility and coverage needs.

Document call outcomes accurately in a CRM system.

Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, persuasive tone.

Provide quick, friendly client support.

Work closely with sales agents to optimize conversion efforts.

Achieve weekly and monthly goals.

Location: In-office role

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8 AM 5 PM (Weekends and major holidays off)
