Job Description

The Marketing Representative Position is an entry level role within our business model, that presents incredible career choices with successful completion of onboard training. This role will focus on helping the agency to secure new clients, as well as offering additional products and services to our existing clients. This represents a great opportunity to grow and advance with the agency and to begin a rewarding career in the insurance and financial services profession. No previous experience required.

Salary Range: $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Job duties include but not limited to:

Marketing Farmers Products & Services
Gathering data from clients & prospects
Scheduling client meetings
Recording interactions in our agency CRM
Following up on sales opportunities
Creating insurance proposals
Managing a sales pipeline

Requirements

We are looking to fill this position as quickly as possible, with candidates meeting the following requirements:

Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Self-Starter
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Ability to work independently
Good Communication Skills (verbal & written)
No previous insurance industry experience required
If not already licensed, secure Property & Casualty license within 60 days of onboarding
