Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with New and Current customers through needs based conversations to identify products and services to fill gaps in coverage and meet customer needs
- Market State Farm Insurance Products by developing personal lead sources, attending marketing events and gaining customer referrals
- Keep track of Personal and Team goals and work to reach them

Requirements
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Proactive in problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Salesforce experience is a plus!
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
