Job Title: Alliances Events Strategist, Specialist – ContractorLocation: Las Vegas, NV (Local Candidates Only)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced event professional to support corporate alliance events, conferences, and tradeshows. The ideal candidate will have strong event planning, project coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate event planning and execution, including timelines, logistics, approvals, and post-event activities.
Collaborate with marketing teams, stakeholders, vendors, and conference organizers to ensure successful event delivery.
Support exhibit and tradeshow production, including booth setup, attendee registration, and staffing coordination.
Maintain project plans, track action items, and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders.
Manage vendor coordination, event inventory, and on-site logistics while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Required Qualifications:

4–6 years of corporate event planning, coordination, or production experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Understanding of Agile methodology; Workfront experience preferred.
Must be based in the Las Vegas area, have a personal vehicle, and be able to lift 35 pounds or more.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
