Role: Cybersecurity Awareness Marketing Associate (Contract)

Location: Fully on-site in North Wales, PA (with occasional travel to Rahway, NJ sites)Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension)Schedule: Monday–Thursday, full-time hoursStart Date: June 1

Overview: We're looking for entry-level Marketing Associates to support a cybersecurity awareness campaign focused on improving password security practices across the organization. This is a highly visible, on-site role that blends marketing, communication, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute on-site marketing campaigns promoting password best practices (15+ character adoption)
• Engage employees in common areas (cafeterias, break rooms, etc.) to drive awareness and participation
• Distribute campaign materials (e.g., business cards, handouts)
• Help design and set up campaign visuals, messaging, and tracking (graphs, engagement metrics, etc.)
• Gather feedback and report on user engagement and adoption trends
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and internal teams to align messaging

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (recent grads ideal)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable approaching and engaging people in person
• Outgoing, proactive personality with a "ground game” mindset
• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns or event-style engagement
• Ability to travel occasionally to PA sites

Nice to Have:

• Interest in cybersecurity or tech
• Experience with campus marketing, brand ambassador roles, or event promotion
