Job Description

Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing Specialist, Graphic Design to join our Marketing team in Northbrook, IL. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys developing engaging content, supporting brand awareness, analyzing market insights, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and external partners to bring campaigns, customer presentations, and brand initiatives to life.

In this role, the Marketing Specialist, Graphic Design will support the development and execution of marketing programs that promote Bell’s products, services, brand, and industry presence. The position will assist with creative design, digital marketing, marketing communications, trade show support, market research, campaign execution, and presentation development for key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, coordinate, and support marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, trade show, and customer-facing channels.
  • Develop marketing communications, including e-campaigns, website content, social media posts, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and internal artwork.
  • Lead creative design support for Bell USA while maintaining alignment with Bell’s global brand standards.
  • Design and coordinate materials for trade shows, customer presentations, Bell events, brochures, backdrops, booths, and other internal and external communication needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and opportunities for creative marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing data, consumer research, and category insights to support recommendations and guide campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Marketing, and external vendors to support brand awareness, customer presentations, product promotion, events, and trade shows.
  • Manage and maintain marketing materials across online libraries, digital asset management tools, websites, and internal platforms.
  • Travel as needed to support customer presentations, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of creative design required; marketing experience in manufacturing, food, beverage, flavor, fragrance, or related industry is a plus.
  • Strong creative design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and other marketing or design tools.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, consumer research, market data, digital marketing tools, and campaign reporting preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work collaboratively, and present ideas effectively to internal and external audiences.
