Position DetailsCaldwell Office location Non-Exempt

Required Qualification's

High school diploma and/or a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field and/or five (5) years of related experience

Preferred Qualification'sFamiliarity with WordPressPhoto/video editing experienceAvailable for 20% travel per year for events, photography, or company initiatives

Required Experience

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management tools
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content design tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong writing, organizational, and visual content skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities with a strong eye for detail
• Understanding of event logistics, vendor coordination, and marketing campaign reporting
• Must exercise discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor analytics through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, SEO algorithm updates, and creative tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the sales department to support client-facing materials, and internal forms.
• Maintain and update internal marketing forms, databases, and collateral, ensuring files and resources are current and organized.
• Capture photography and video content at events, some project sites, and internal functions for use across digital and print platforms.
• Support content creation for social media and marketing activities
• Assist in the planning and coordination of industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships, including logistics, setup, and vendor communication.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to the Marketing Manager and support departmental projects as needed.
