Job Description
Stoa Group is looking to add a marketing specialist to our growing team in Hammond, La. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives for the Stoa Group portfolio. If you are creative, detail-oriented, results-driven, and strive to experience the growth stage of a company, keep reading.

What you will do:
- Support campaign execution, including proofing and editing materials to meet established brand guidelines.
- Capturing photo and video content for property social media and at Resident Events/Sponsorships/Company functions.
- Partner with the onsite property teams on resident events for their assigned properties/region, as well as company-wide events.
- Coordinate with the onsite property teams to plan and execute local sponsorship opportunities.
- Execution and monitoring of outreach marketing campaigns and performing other duties as directed that support the marketing efforts of their assigned communities.
- Act as liaison between the marketing team and property management by answering reviews and messages on all platforms during and after normal business hours to create and maintain a consistent Online Reputation Management strategy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or other marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms related to online reputation management
- Must have a high level of creativity and strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Dropbox, and Google Drive.
- Experience thriving in active, collaborative team environments.
- Previous digital agency or B2B/B2C marketing experience is also a plus.
- Travel within assigned region
Educational Requirements:
- A BS or BA degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields is required.
