• Job Title: Creative & Marketing Operations Specialist • Location: Manhattan, NY• Work Model: Remote• Compensation:$93-98k per year
POSITION OVERVIEW The Creative & Marketing Operations Specialist serves as an owner of Creative and Marketing's operating model, milestone planning process, and enterprise scheduling infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining and executing critical business calendars, managing milestone meeting structures, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and partnering with Project Managers, Brand Operations, Executive Assistants and Production to ensure efficient planning across campaigns, photoshoots, launches, and leadership-driven business initiatives. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Own, manage and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and operational planning tools Own daily maintenance of Outlook planners, and Smartsheet reporting to ensure alignment with operating model Schedule Marketing & Creative teams meetings Coordinate & schedule Marketing leadership and cross-functional meetings with brand stakeholders alignment Identify scheduling conflicts, process gaps, timing risks, and recommend solutions Manage and maintain attendee documentation and ensure planners are up to date Facilitate reoccurring meetings and partner with cross-functional teams to drive calendar alignment on organizational priorities and executive milestones Uphold the most efficient operational workflow, and support a culture of continuous improvement Deep knowledge of the overall end-to-end Marketing operations and processes to support teams Regular assessment of operations to identify areas of improvement & efficiencies in day-to-day workflow Support planning activities and process improvements to drive efficiency and visibility across the organization. Ad hoc process documentation & project management support WHAT S NEEDED Strong project management & operations skills Experience coordinating complex schedules and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Enthusiastic, positive energy & able to work well under pressure Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated & an independent thinker Excellent problem-solving skills Proven presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Bachelor s degree required 4-6 years experience Previous marketing operations experience preferred Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Previous fashion retail experience preferred Strong experience working in the following programs: Outlook, Smartsheet, Excel, Sharepoint, InDesign
