Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will support MTS marketing and communications efforts across internal channels, customer experiences, trade events, and digital media. They will play a vital role in coordinating communications to both internal stakeholders and external customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and passionate about event planning and coordination.

  • Coordinate Customer Experience Center visits by scheduling appointments, managing logistics, and conducting post-visit follow-up
  • Distribute and administer internal communications including internal social media, intranet content, product updates, and customer success stories
  • Support trade show and conference presence by managing logistics, coordinating materials and demonstrations, and liaising with event organizers
  • Organize and maintain library of collateral and graphic assets
  • Manage updates and maintenance of the CEC as a facility (physical, IT, etc.) and other Global Sales assets on site
  • Manage inventory and distribution of branded merchandise

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Customer-service mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative while knowing when to collaborate
  • Comfortable working under deadline pressure with shifting priorities

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with social media management platforms, email marketing tools, or content management systems (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce (preferred)
  • B2B marketing, technical products, or industrial sector experience (beneficial but not required)
