Aspen Fiber Networks is excited to offer an internship opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist Intern. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain practical experience in the marketing field while contributing to innovative marketing campaigns within the information technology sector.

As a Marketing Specialist Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to assist with various projects, including social media management, content creation, market research, and event planning. This hands-on internship will provide you with valuable insights into the marketing processes and strategies that drive our business.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Support social media management, including content creation and engagement strategies.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support marketing initiatives.
Help create engaging content for newsletters, blogs, and website updates.
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events and webinars.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed.
Participate in marketing team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
Prepare presentations and proposals for marketing staff.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing is a plus.
24 to 30 hours a week.
