Overview:
As a Marketing Support and Supplies Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring the marketing team operates efficiently and maintains a high standard of accuracy and organization across all initiatives. By supporting essential programs and processes, this role helps strengthen brand consistency, employee engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
What You'll Do:
Day in the Life - Every day you will work within the marketing team to support a variety of tasks and programs, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include proofreading marketing materials for accuracy, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding as it relates to marketing, and administering logowear, supplies, and promotional item programs. This role also involves helping coordinate events and performing maintenance tasks within donation and volunteer hour platforms.
What it Takes:
To qualify for this role, you must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to evolving team needs as well as have strong written and verbal communication. This role also requires high attention to detail and a desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
