Job Overview
Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Masonry Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a hands-on masonry opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the construction industry while working alongside experienced professionals on local job sites. Key Responsibilities
Assist experienced mason professionals with daily masonry projects and repairs
Learn and apply proper masonry installation techniques and safety procedures
Prepare job sites, tools, and materials for masonry work
Support project completion while maintaining quality workmanship standards
Travel to local job sites using a company-provided vehicle
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members and demonstrate leadership potential on job sites
Follow company standards focused on professionalism, customer service, and leadership
Qualifications
Interest in developing a long-term career in masonry
Previous masonry or construction experience is helpful but not required
Valid driver's license required
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Work Environment
This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites
Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
Driving
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
