Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tradesman to join our field operations team. This role involves hands-on work in building restoration, including caulking, waterproofing, and structural repairs. Ideal candidates are hard-working, safety-minded, and eager to grow with a high-performing crew.

Key Responsibilities

Perform field work related to:
  • Concrete repair and restoration
  • Communicate with foremen and project leads to ensure timely progress
  • Sealant and joint system installation
  • Above and below-grade waterproofing
  • Masonry repair and restoration
  • Surface prep, grinding, and substrate repair
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Follow project drawings and work orders
  • Maintain clean and safe work zones

Requirements

  • Construction or restoration experience preferred
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and directions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork

Benefits

  • Compensation: $25–$28/hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday); Friday availability if 40 hours are not met, at manager’s discretion
