Masonry Project Manager / EstimatorPosition: Masonry Project Manager / EstimatorLocation: Western New YorkCompany: Paint of WNYPaint of WNY is seeking an experienced Masonry Project Manager / Estimator to oversee masonry projects from bid through completion. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong estimating skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.ResponsibilitiesEstimatingReview plans, specifications, and bid documents

Perform quantity takeoffs for brick, block, stone, restoration, and related masonry work

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing

Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and proposals

Participate in bid reviews and contract negotiations

Project ManagementManage projects from award through closeout

Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability

Conduct site visits and attend project meetings

Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards

Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, and vendors

Qualifications5+ years of masonry construction experience

Previous estimating and/or project management experience preferred

Strong understanding of masonry construction methods, materials, and restoration techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

Experience with estimating software and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and cost control

Valid driver's license
