Masonry Restoration Project Manager 

Description:

• Complete oversight of repair & restoration projects
• Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent/Foreman to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
• Manage self perform project operations including estimating, bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting.
• Attend project meetings
• Develop client relationships, resolve client issues
• Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
• Ensure permitting and compliance with local ordinance

Qualifications: 

• 5 years of experience in brick/stone/terracotta/facade repair or an equivalent level of education combined with experience.
• Knowledge of construction project management software. Familiarity with Procore is ideal.
• Previous experience with self perform estimating and project execution. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related degree is preferred.

Bulley & Andrews takes into account various factors when determining the final salary, such as experience, education, unique skill sets, abilities, market, geography, and business needs. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive, vehicle allowance, and cell phone reimbursement.
