Job Duties:

• Perform customized massages and spa enhancements to help clients.
• Create exceptional experiences for members/guests.
• Be dependable, have a positive attitude and be a good teammate.
• Attend training sessions and be willing to continuously learn and grow your skills.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Arizona Massage License/Certification.
• Current Professional Liability Insurance.

We are an upscale, member-based spa looking for both part-time and full-time massage therapists who are friendly, talented, and dependable and want to work in a professional and busy environment.

Our clients come in to receive high quality, professional massages for both relaxation or pain relief. We match clients to therapists based on client needs and have a no seniority policy. Hand & Stone was founded by a physical therapist and we take great care of our therapists! Pay based on commission for services, upgrades and tips. Our therapists earn an average of 40,000 to 75,000 per year, depending upon hours worked and services provided.
