Master Automotive Technician

- Clock time pay from $35/hr up to $45/hr for the most qualified techs *
- PLUS bonuses paid weekly based on performance *

Position Responsibilities:
- Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems - drivetrain, brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, air conditioning and computer systems and perform general automotive system repairs with no supervision
- Ability to accurately diagnose transmission problems, TCM, PCM, Solenoids, electrical issues.
- Transmission removal and installation
- Train, guide and assist other technicians in performing technical activities
- Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required
- Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques
- Professionally record findings so that repair costs are accurately estimated
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- ASE A1 - A8 Certification preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Certification testing fees and renewals are paid/reimbursed
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience working as an Automotive Technician
- The lead technician will be required to provide strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude as well as a high level of motivation and energy
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need
- Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling and lifting items over 50 lbs throughout the day.
