About Us:
Air Authority LLC is a fast-growing residential service company specializing in HVAC solutions across the San Antonio area. We’ve built a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and customer service—and now we’re expanding. We are launching a full-service electrical division and are seeking an experienced Master Electrician to help build and lead it from the ground up.Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded Master Electrician who wants more than just a job—you’ll play a key role in developing, structuring, and growing our electrical department. You’ll have the autonomy to help shape operations, hiring, pricing, and long-term strategy.Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the electrical division within the company
- Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation work
- Ensure all work complies with Texas state and local electrical codes
- Assist in developing pricing structures, service offerings, and processes
- Recruit, train, and mentor electrical technicians as the department grows
- Work closely with ownership to align electrical operations with company goals
- Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship
- Oversee permitting and inspections as required
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Master Electrician License (required)
- Proven experience in residential electrical service
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Ability to work independently and make operational decisions
- Experience with flat-rate pricing and service systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
