Up to $40 per hour + Commissions, Incentives & Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and expertly repair a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client loyalty
Serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior technicians
Maintain the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and safety on every job
Help drive the company's continued growth through superior workmanship

What You Need

8+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
Willingness to take on leadership and mentoring responsibilities
EPA Universal Certification (required)

Nice-to-Haves

NATE Certification
HVAC Trade School Certificate
ServiceTitan experience
Light commercial experience
Knowledge of zoning systems, programming, and air balancing
