Mister Sparky Electric is hiring licensed Arkansas Electricians (Journeyman or Master) to join our growing team in Central Arkansas.
We are seeking experienced, professional electricians who want steady work, strong operational support, and long-term opportunity within a structured company.
This role leverages your electrical expertise daily, including system evaluations, homeowner education, and project coordination.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate electrical systems and identify safety or reliability concerns
- Perform electrical work in compliance with NEC and Arkansas code
- Explain findings clearly and professionally to homeowners
- Build and present estimates using company software
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with field team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Represent the company with professionalism and technical expertise
Work is structured and scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Active Arkansas Journeyman or Master Electrician License - REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years electrical field experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and common electrical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and dependable
Residential experience is required. Broader electrical experience is welcome.
