YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR MASTER PLUMBER

As our Master Plumber, you'll do more than just plumbing work-you'll be building the foundation of a division. Each day brings variety and opportunity, including:

Leading and mentoring apprentice plumbers to develop the next generation of talent
Diagnosing, installing, and repairing residential plumbing systems (with some light commercial work)
Collaborating with our HVAC team on integrated projects
Ensuring all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards
Communicating clearly and respectfully with customers to provide solutions they can trust
Working closely with company leadership on hiring, training, and operational strategies

SCHEDULE

Full-time position with steady work year-round
Occasional on-call rotation as needed

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a customer-first attitude:

Valid Master Plumber License
5+ years of residential plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and team development
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
