Job Description

Description of the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - (location) . The Caregiver provides assistance and support to our clients in their daily activities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
  • Preparing and serving meals according to dietary restrictions.
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring clients.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Engaging in conversation and providing companionship to clients.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Caregiver or similar role.
  • First Aid Experience.
  • Two references required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results
  • CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus
