This has helped us expand into new sectors and steadily grow.Job DescriptionStart Date: ASAPGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, holiday rotation

Shift Requirements: 8-4:30 pm, Monday through FridayStart at the Home Health office and travel with RN for patient visits within 30 minute radius

On Call/Call Back Requirements: Potential for weekend on call once every 3-4 week

QualificationsRequired Certifications: BLS, License Verification.Minimum Experience: 2 years experience specialty, previous Home Health/Home Care experience required, basic understanding of Home Care regulations

Charting Experience Required: None. Uses remote EPICAverage visits per day consist of 3-5 patients
