Material Handler AM

Warehouse Support Associate We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support multiple departments within our Distribution Center. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while assisting with a variety of operational and housekeeping tasks. This is a flexible, cross-functional role that requires the ability to move between responsibilities and support different areas based on business needs. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in organization, safety, and consistency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas and departments
• Remove empty pallets and keep workspaces clear and presentable
• Sort and manage pallets for reuse or disposal
• Identify and return stray merchandise to proper locations
• Assist with processing damaged merchandise according to procedures
• Deliver materials and supplies to designated work areas as needed
• Keep workstations stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., shrink wrap, slip sheets)
• Clear minor workflow disruptions (e.g., conveyor jams) to support operational efficiency
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping trailers, removing trash, and maintaining dock areas
• Assist with spill clean-up and general housekeeping duties
• Support end-of-day cleanup and preparation across departments
• Follow direction from supervisors and assist with additional tasks as assigned
• Rotate and provide support across multiple functions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to policies and procedures
• High standards for cleanliness and organization
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
• Team-oriented with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Will be required to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical demands of a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and general manual labor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution center environment
