Material HandlerBecome a key part of a high-performing team in Grand Island, NE at a world-class manufacturer, in a safe and friendly environment! Job Duties:
- Operate a semi-automatic cut-off saw to cut a variety of shafting, tubing, bar stock and similar steel alloy materials to the required lengths.*
- Perform bench and machine operation on a wide variety of parts as well as perform hand operations such a filing, grinding, simple bending and straightening.*
- Change broken or dulled blades.*
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment*
- Follow all prescribed safety rules and regulations
- Perform touch-up or minor repair work when assigned
- Complete other duties as required or directed
- Overtime may be required, including occasional Saturday operations
