Material Handler | Third Shift | Hebron, KY

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Material Handler for a full-time opportunity in Hebron, KY. This role is ideal for someone with prior forklift operating experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently, moving product throughout the facility, and assisting with general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities: 

• Keep all in-process inventories at work centers at all times. This includes safely delivering and opening materials.
• Produce corrugated boxes for production use.
• Take finished containers of parts from work cells and prepare them for stocking into finished goods.
• Prepare barcodes for finished goods containers.
• Maintain material handling equipment by completing forklift check off sheet and completing operator repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Completion of rubber and finished goods inventory and component inventory of coated materials.
• Conducts weight counts for production.
• Prepares coated inventory when work cell changeovers occur. 
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned as requested.
• Must be flexible to work any shift, overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in stand-up and sit-down forklift operation preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Open to background and drug screening

Schedule:

Third Shift 10:00pm-6:00am Monday-Friday

Pay:

$18-18.50/hr paid weekly
