Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position may include in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility.

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently bagging, packaging, and transporting powder products as well as operating a forklift to move materials and products within the raw material quartz processing facility. This role involves operating bagging equipment, handling materials, and ensuring the efficient and safe movement of inventory within the production area and transporting materials to designated areas, supporting inventory operations, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate bagging equipment to fill and package quartz products according to specifications.
Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, and sealing of bags.
Inspect packaged products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of bagging equipment and forklifts.
Operate a forklift to transport materials, including raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies, within the facility.
Load and unload trucks, and stage materials for production or shipment.
Conduct daily inspections of the forklift, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall condition, and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Operate the forklift safely and efficiently, following all company procedures and safety regulations.
Handle materials, including raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies, within the production area.
Maintain accurate records of materials handled, products packaged, and inventory levels.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to bagging, material handling, and forklift operation and participate in safety meetings and training..
Assist Plant Operators in monitoring production processes and ensuring efficient workflow.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards, or operational issues to the Shift Supervisor..
Participate in training and safety meetings as required.
Utilize barcode scanning systems to track and manage inventory movement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in material handling and storage.
Perform regular cycle counts of bagged products to reconcile inventory and ensure accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to operate bagging equipment and perform packaging tasks.
Ability to become certified in forklift operation.
Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness.
Ability to perform pre-shift equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to forklift operation and material handling.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in weighing, labeling, and packaging products.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with production teams and supervisors.
Ability to follow instructions in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
Ability to perform basic math calculations and use measuring equipment.
Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and data entry.
Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: 1 year of experience material handling, forklift operating in a manufacturing environment.
Systems: Oracle

Physical Requirements:
Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
Lift up to 60 lbs.
Push/pull 100 lbs.
Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift

Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.)
Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $21.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
