Job Title: Material HandlerLocation: Dresser, WICompensation: $22.50 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 2nd ShiftJob Type: Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a leading manufacturing company located in Dresser, WI. Read below for more information!The hiring process is simple and streamlined, and qualified candidates may have the opportunity to start as soon as next week!What You'll Do as a Material Handler:

• Load, unload, and move materials within the production or warehouse area
• Supply machines with raw materials, packaging, and required components
• Clean and load hoppers and ensure proper machine setup
• Monitor material drying conditions and adjust machine dryers as needed
• Track and document all material movement and maintain accurate paperwork
• Label containers with correct material identification, quantities, and dates
• Mix materials such as color concentrates and regrind to required ratios
• Maintain housekeeping standards to prevent contamination and ensure safety

What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:

• Must have at least 6 months warehouse or material handling experience withing the last 3 years
• Must have experience operating equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, scanners, etc.
• Must have a High school diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of injection molding processes preferred
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Ability to problem solve and manage time effectively
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in a production environment with physical activity including lifting, standing, and exposure to machinery
