 Penmac Staffing is hiring Material Handlers for a growing recycling and manufacturing operation in Bartlesville, OK. This is more than a warehouse position. • High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and accurately document processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• Familiarity with WMS and/or ERP systems preferred
• Understanding of universal waste or hazardous material handling practices preferred
• Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings

Material Handler Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, parts, and products for accuracy and quality
• Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Label, store, and organize materials according to inventory and safety procedures
• Pull and stage materials for production, shipping, and recycling operations
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movements
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation
• Identify and report damaged, non-conforming, or hazardous materials
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to maintain efficient material flow
• Follow all company policies, environmental regulations, and safety requirements
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on warehouse organization, efficiency, and inventory accuracy

Physical Requirements for the Material Handler

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Navigate uneven surfaces, including gravel areas
• Climb on and off forklifts or platforms as needed
