Pay rates: $20.00 - $24.50/ hr (based on position & shift)

We are hiring Material Handlers for manufacturing and warehouse roles. If you are detail-oriented, hands-on, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Job Summary
As a Material Handler, you will support warehouse and production operations by handling materials, maintaining organization, and ensuring efficient flow of goods throughout the facility. This role is key to keeping production running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect recycling items from production areas
- Flatten cardboard and sort recyclable materials
- Sort through recycling and trash bins
- Transport recyclable items to designated containers
- Load and unload pallets from trailers
- Stage materials in warehouse lanes as instructed
- Move materials to production lines and other locations as needed
- Package and unpack materials as required
- Inspect items for defects, wear, or damage
- Report issues and damaged materials to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Maintain records of damaged stock and equipment
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and team-focused mindset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
