This role is responsible for operating forklifts, staging materials, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining an organized and efficient yard environment.The ideal Material Handler has previous forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and is comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced industrial setting.Required Experience & Skills Previous forklift experience REQUIRED Yard or outdoor forklift experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and communication skillsEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate forklifts to safely move materials throughout the yard and facility Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently Stage materials for production, shipping, and storage operations Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns Verify materials against shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of yard and warehouse areas Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Assist with general warehouse, shipping, and yard duties as needed Support production and logistics operations to ensure workflow efficiencyPhysical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving of materials Ability to work outdoors with exposure to heat, cold, weather, and industrial noise Ability to comply with all PPE and safety requirementsWork Environment Outdoor yard and industrial warehouse environment Exposure to forklifts, trucks, heavy materials, and changing weather conditions Fast-paced operation focused on safety, efficiency, and teamwork Physically active role requiring frequent movement throughout the shiftWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Consistent first-shift schedule Overtime opportunities available Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work in a growing industrial manufacturing environmentReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
