This role is responsible for moving, storing, organizing, and supplying materials to ensure efficient workflow throughout the facility.The ideal Material Handler has warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.Required Experience & Skills Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience preferred or willingness to be trained Basic math and inventory tracking skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIREDEssential Duties & Responsibilities Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Store materials in designated warehouse locations according to company procedures Supply materials to production lines and work areas as needed Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Prepare materials for shipping, including packaging, labeling, and staging Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Follow all company safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate with supervisors and team members to support workflow and production goalsPreferred Qualifications Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment Inventory control or warehouse management experience Manufacturing or industrial environment experience Experience with shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment processesPhysical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods Ability to work safely in warehouse and manufacturing environments Comfortable operating material handling equipment and working around machineryWork Environment Warehouse and manufacturing environment Exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, inventory storage areas, and production operations Fast-paced setting focused on safety, efficiency, and accuracy Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for growth and advancementWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Consistent first-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to develop warehouse and forklift skills Stable work environment with advancement potentialReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:507 E.
