Job Description
Material Handler – 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 4:30 pm – 1:00 am
Pay: $22.00 / hour
What You’ll Do:
- Load & Unload semi-trailers using forklifts
- Stage received & outbound products for verification of accurate inventory
- Put away products in designated, temperature-controlled locations
- Pick case orders & build pallets according to order specs
- Stage outbound shipments for verification
- Operate forklifts safely in cold storage conditions with high traffic
- Maintain proper product rotation (FIFO) and location accuracy
- Follow food safety, sanitation, & warehouse safety standards
- Multitask using scanners accurately in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (Warm gear provided!)
- Tech – ready : comfortable using scanners
- Read, write and speak English
- 6+ months of Forklift experience
- Cooperative, adaptable & coachable
- Basic mathematical proficiency
- Strong independent & critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Results driven mindset
