Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Warehouse Team Lead to drive daily execution within our Aftermarket Distribution operation. This role is responsible for delivering results against critical service and operational metrics including Safety, On-Time Delivery (OTD), fill rate, inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety.

What You'll Own
Service Performance
Drive daily execution to meet OTD and fill rate targets.
Prioritize work to protect customer commitment dates.
Proactively identify and escalate risks to service performance.
Inventory Accuracy
Lead cycle counting and discrepancy resolution efforts.
Ensure accurate and timely system transactions.
Drive corrective actions to eliminate repeat errors.
Productivity & Throughput
Monitor and improve team productivity metrics.
Support labor planning and workflow balancing.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Frontline Leadership
Provide daily direction and accountability to warehouse associates.
Lead shift start-up meetings and KPI reviews.
Coach team members to improve performance and engagement.
Support onboarding and training of new employees.

Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
Demonstrated experience leading work or serving as a functional lead
Working knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing or aftermarket/service parts distribution
Exposure to Lean, continuous improvement, or KPI-driven environments
Career interest in advancing into warehouse supervision
