Material Planning Coord IV (On-Site)

HEPCO is seeking a Material Planning Coordinator IV for our client in the aerospace and defense industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support supply chain and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Material Planning Coordinator IV will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials, kits, and manufactured hardware to support production schedules and operational commitments. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and capable of working effectively with multiple departments across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the internal flow of materials, kits, and manufactured hardware to support manufacturing schedules and operational commitments.
• Perform point-of-use inventory control activities, including compliance audits, cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory tracking.
• Execute kit releases and support material movement throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory and material movement.
• Support the shipment and movement of completed goods to stock, inter-facility locations, external sites, and internal and external customers.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Technicians, Assembly personnel, and other operations teams to support production requirements.
• Assist in maintaining efficient material flow to ensure manufacturing schedules are met.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in packaging within a defense manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with others.
• High energy, motivation, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
