Job Description

Bath Fitter is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Materials & Inventory Coordinator.

This position is ideal for someone with warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, construction materials, or logistics experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our installers have the materials, tools, and supplies needed to complete projects on time and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional overtime available.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments• Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse organization• Pull, stage, and prepare materials for upcoming installations• Ensure installers have the correct products, tools, and supplies before each job• Track inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished• Load and unload materials and products safely• Operate company vehicles as needed• Complete occasional service calls and basic repair support• Assist with branch equipment and vehicle maintenance scheduling• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment• Follow Bath Fitter safety standards and procedures• Work closely with branch leadership, installers, and office staff to support daily operations

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, construction materials, logistics, or related experience• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic• Comfortable using computers to track inventory and materials• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• • Inventory control experience• Construction, building materials, or warehouse experience• Experience using inventory tracking or CRM systems

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling• Regular lifting of materials and supplies up to 50 pounds• Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching• Ability to work in both warehouse and outdoor environments
