Target Experience:~0-3 years Interview and Start Date:We plan to start interviewing ASAP and are looking to hire and start immediately. Work Environment:This position is onsite at Mounds View North, 1st shift. Responsibilities May Include:Analyzing, researching, designing, and developing materials and their related fabrication and application processes. Developing and optimizing materials for use in engineering design and application in structures, systems, and subsystems. Additional Responsibilities:

Applying principles of chemistry, physics, and material behavior
Developing metallic, nonmetallic, and composite material and processing specifications
Conducting material analyses, including failure analysis, life predictions, and requirement specifications
Reviewing and approving subcontractor material processing procedures

Career Stream:As a specialist, you'll be an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. You'll deliver and manage projects, working with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. Required Knowledge and Experience:Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. A University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience, are required.
