Overview
Hospitality Health ER in Tyler, TX is seeking a Materials Handler/Warehouse Technician to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our ER facilities running smoothly by ensuring supplies are delivered, stocked, and managed accurately. What You'll Do
As a Materials Handler/Warehouse Technician, you will:
Receive, log, and stock incoming orders in the inventory system.
Transport supplies to and from the off-site warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when stock is low.
Unload deliveries, put away inventory, and deliver freight as it arrives.
Fill supply requests from ER facilities promptly and accurately.
Deliver materials to other HHER facilities as needed.
Track all supply usage and movement through the digital inventory system.
Rotate stock properly to ensure freshness and efficiency.
Report equipment issues, system problems, or safety hazards immediately.
Maintain clear communication with supervisors, dispatchers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
✅ What We're Looking For
18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using technology and digital inventory systems.
Flexible and adaptable to meet scheduling demands.
Dependable, honest, and team-oriented.
Ability to move quickly and effectively while maintaining accuracy.
Clean criminal and driving record.
Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
