Job Description

Join a leading international automotive supplier as a dynamic leader overseeing the strategic management of material resources. This role offers the chance to innovate within a vibrant community surrounded by picturesque landscapes.

Are you passionate about optimizing the flow of materials across the supply chain? You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely fulfillment of customer demands by managing inventories, procurement, and distribution.

Your Impact - Spearhead and oversee the Material Planning, Production Scheduling, Reception, Dispatch, Materials Handling, and Inventory Control operations. - Formulate and enforce policies to enhance the material logistics workflow. - Achieve inventory precision through systematic cycle counts and robust control practices. - Ensure precise and timely vendor communication and release schedules. - Innovate material handling and storage methodologies within the facility. - Lead the development and maintenance of TS-ISO standards for the Materials Division. - Champion the deployment and effective use of the SAP system. - Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols diligently. - Direct and evaluate production scheduling by monitoring inventory levels and production progress.

Ideal Candidate Profile We seek a trailblazer in logistics, capable of driving substantial transformation rather than merely maintaining the status quo.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a closely aligned technical domain, or equivalent professional experience. - Proven expertise in material control and production scheduling in the automotive sector. - Direct leadership of material control teams. - Proficiency in SAP is mandatory. - APICS CPIM certification is highly preferred.

Key Competencies - Proactive leadership with a keen ability to prioritize and multitask. - Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal. - Experience with Tier-1 automotive supply chain management, particularly in cold stamping or coil steel logistics, is a desirable asset.
